In order to go to Shizuoka Stadium Ecopa, you have to go to Kakegawa station or Hamamatsu station by Shinkansen first. Then, you can take a local train from one of the 2 stations to Aino station, the nearest station to the stadium.
Kakegawa station or Hamamatsu station can be accessed by Shinkansen from Tokyo. You can take Shinkansen Hikari or Kodama trains to go to Kakegawa or Hamamatsu. It takes 1 hour 35 ~ 45 minutes. For some Hikari trains which do not stop Kakegawa, 1 transit is required at Shizuoka station.
Shinkansen is the best option from Osaka to Kakegawa/Hamamatsu. You can take Shinkansen Hikari or Kodama which stops at Hamamatsu. You can also take Shinkansen Nozomi from Shin-Osaka to Nagoya and then take Shinkansen Hikari or Kodama from Nagoya to Hamamatsu.
Nagoya is not far from Kakegawa/Hamamatsu. You have 2 options, taking Shinkansen or local trains. If you take Shinkansen, it takes less than 1 hour from Nagoya to Hamamatsu. You can also take local trains from Nagoya to Hamamatsu which takes 1 hour 30 minutes. With this option, you can save money.
From Fukuoka to Kakegawa/Hamamatsu, you can take Shinkansen. It is better to take Shinkansen Nozomi from Hakata to Shin-Kobe, Shin-Osaka, or Nagoya, and then transit to Shinkansen Hikari or Kodama.
There are flights from Fukuoka Airport to Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport. From Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport, there is a bus to JR Shimada Station which takes 25 minutes. From JR Shimada station, you can take JR Tokaido line to Aino station via Kakegawa station.
Since Japan Rail Pass can be used for Shinkansen Hikari and Kodama, you can take those bullet train in order to go to Kakegawa or Hamamatsu station. Also, you can use your JR Pass to take a local train from Kakegawa/Hamamatsu station to Aino station, the nearest station of the stadium.
