When you order more than 1 pass, you have to input all passengers information. Please add a pass one by one with each passenger information to cart. (You can check out all passes at once.)
After adding all necessary passes, please go to your shopping cart and checkout. You can pay by credit cards or PayPal via our secured payment.
Our website is hosted on Shopify and use Stripe as the payment gateway. Both are popular and trusted system globally. And, we do NOT keep your credit card details.
As soon as you place order, an automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address from our system. This e-mail is just to show your order detail and it is not the final confirmation e-mail from us.
However, please make sure your order details are correct. If not, contact us immediately.
Within a few business days, usually within 1 business day, we will send your a final confirmation e-mail.
Please check the final confirmation carefully.
The name on each voucher should be the same as the name on the passenger's passport. Please make sure that the final confirmation has the same name as one on the passengers' passport.
The name(s) on the final confirmation will be printed on voucher(s).
When you exchange your voucher to a pass in Japan, you have to show your passport which has the same name as one on the voucher.
If the name is not the same as the passport, your voucher can not be exchanged to the pass.
Out agents issue your voucher for the pass.
Please note that vouchers for JR Pass can only be issued from three month prior to your arrival to Japan (it is a regulation by Japan Railway).
Therefore, if your arrival to Japan is more than 3 months ahead, your voucher will be not issued soon after your order. Our agents issue your voucher at an appropriate timing.
Your voucher will be shipped out via express mail service or Registered Air Packet to any home address outside Japan, or to any address in Japan.
When we ship your voucher, we will send you a shipping notice e-mail with your tracking number. You can check the latest shipping status with your tracking number.
If you choose to have your voucher to be delivered to your home address, it usually takes 10 days to 14 days to be delivered to countries outside Japan (varies by country and regions) from shipping out.
If you choose to have your voucher to be delivered inside Japan, usually takes 1 or 2 days to be delivered to any address in Japan.
If your departure of your country to Japan is within 14 days, we do not ship your voucher to your home country since there is risk that your voucher will not be delivered to you before your departure. In this case, we will ship your voucher to your hotel in Japan or Post office located nearby major stations in Japan.
We will let you know in the final confirmation when we can not ship your voucher to your country due to lack of enough delivery time.

You can choose to have your vouchrs to be delivered to your home address in your country.
It usually takes 10 days to 14 days to be delivered to countries outside Japan (varies by country and regions).
Your Hotel (in Japan):
When there is not enough time to delivery to your country, we can ship your voucher to your accommodation (e.g. hotel) in Japan. With this delivery option, you can receive your voucher when you check in your hotel.
Pick up at Post Office located nearby major stations/airports:
When there is not enough time to delivery to your country, we can also ship your voucher to the post office located nearby major stations, such as the post office near Tokyo station or the post office at Narita Airport.
This option is convenient for those who do not stay at a hotel in Japan or those who place an order at the last minute for getting vouchers safely* and conveniently.
*You will be asked to present your ID in order to collect your voucher.
